Time clock

The exact time, in a single move.

On the tablet at your premises or on a phone with location: everyone clocks in with one move, and you see the difference from the schedule.

Step by step

Step by step

  1. On the tablet at your premises

Everyone enters their personal code, then starts their day with one move. A simple button to stop.

  2. On the phone, with location

On a site or an assignment, the employee clocks in from their phone: the location is recorded with the time.

  3. Compared with the schedule

Every clock-in is set against the planned shift: late start, early finish or overtime, the difference is calculated.

  4. Approved or corrected

You confirm the hours, or correct a missed clock-in. A manual entry always waits for your approval.

  5. Balances up to date

Hours, overtime and holiday update in real time, for you and for every employee.

Control Work control

Every minute clocked is compared with the planned shift. Late starts, missed clock-ins, overtime: you approve what is right, and the balances follow, with nothing to recalculate.
