This data is processed exclusively for specific purposes arising from your activity as an employee of your employer. WebEvolutions Sàrl does not sell your data to third parties.
We do not use third-party services for the use of Sunkro’s features, subject to the use of Akenes SA – Exoscale, which acts as host, and we do not disclose your data abroad: it is hosted in its data centre located in Geneva and backed up in Zurich.
All our communications over public networks are secured and encrypted with HTTPS, using Transport Layer Security and Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS).
The provision of our services does, however, require the use of cookies as well as log files and local files to ensure that our IT solutions work properly.
And when you visit sunkro.ch?
The sunkro.ch website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva. Like any host, Infomaniak records the technical data of visits (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser), which are used for the security and proper functioning of the website.
The website sets no cookies and uses neither audience measurement tools nor advertising. It only keeps two technical items in your browser, without transmitting them: the level reached in the interactive presentation on the home page and the time of a page change (for the transition animation).
The data you enter on the website is used solely to reply to you:
- contact form: your name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, sector, team size and message are sent to us by e-mail, solely to answer your request;
- booking a demo: your name, company, e-mail address, telephone number and the chosen time slot are recorded in our appointment calendar (cal.diy, which we host ourselves on our servers at Akenes SA – Exoscale in Switzerland), which sends you the confirmation by e-mail; a video demo takes place on kMeet, Infomaniak’s Swiss video-conferencing service.
This data is neither sold nor passed on to other third parties. We keep it for as long as necessary to handle your request or to organise the demo and its follow-up. To protect the form and the booking from abuse, the server counts submissions per visitor with a temporary counter kept with a fingerprint of the IP address, never the address itself.
WebEvolutions Sàrl is responsible for this data: you can exercise your rights (information, rectification, erasure …) directly with it, at the address above or by e-mail to info@sunkro.ch.
The links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, the App Store, Google Play, LinkedIn and Instagram lead to third-party services: by following them, you leave sunkro.ch and their own rules apply.
How long is your data kept?
Your data must be deleted by your employer as soon as it no longer serves the purposes for which it was collected under our charter, and within the framework of your employment relationship with your employer.
To exercise this right, you must contact your employer, who has undertaken towards WebEvolutions Sàrl to comply with the FADP and the GDPR insofar as the latter applies. WebEvolutions Sàrl merely provides its IT solutions, which include all the features enabling your employer to comply with the aforementioned legislation and to give effect to your rights.
What rights do you have regarding your personal data?
- you may at any time request information about the processing of your personal data (see in particular Art. 4 et seq. FADP and Art. 15 GDPR);
- you have the right to rectification and completion of your personal data (Art. 16 GDPR and Art. 15 para. 1 FADP; Art. 32 paras. 1 and 4 and Art. 41 para. 2 let. a nFADP);

- you have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies: you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead; the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are still required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; you have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1), pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject (Art. 18 GDPR);
- you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR and Arts. 28 and 29 nFADP).
- you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting your employer. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
- you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR and Art. 49 FADP).
Please note that the provisions of the GDPR do not apply in all cases and that their scope must be examined case by case. The fact that they are mentioned in this charter does not mean that they apply.
To exercise the above rights, you must contact your employer, who has undertaken towards WebEvolutions Sàrl to comply with the FADP and the GDPR insofar as the latter applies. WebEvolutions Sàrl merely provides its IT solutions, which include all the features enabling your employer to comply with the aforementioned legislation and to give effect to your rights.
